After fifteen years working together to establish, build and continuously develop Public Sector recruitment company, Fortice, we’ve been on one hell of a ride so far.

Together we’ve had ups, downs, three stag dos, three weddings, grown our families, got through a pandemic without losing any of the team, built a successful Public Sector recruitment business that’s taken us to Barcelona, Palma, Nice, Australia, Lisbon and the Algarve. We’ve laughed each other off numerous golf courses, punched each other in the face in boxing gyms and continue to not allow each other not to take ourselves too seriously.

We’ve done and learned a lot over the years. Through increasing demand from our clients, we decided to launch Forza. With the view of transitioning our high level of service and knowledge of the UK & European tech scene into the Private Sector.

It’s a space we have been operating in for many years already, and we see Forza as a way of cementing our commitment to offering our service-line to organisations who are serious about their Tech recruitment across sectors including Healthcare, Financial Services, Ecommerce and Sustainability.

It’s also a way to remind the world that we are more than ‘those guys who do the security cleared stuff’ (which we’re still good at).
